-Finish Selections

-Flooring Selections

-Paint Selections

-Furniture Selections/Sourcing (Including Custom Pieces)

-Lighting Selections

-Window Treatment Selections

*Coordination of Custom Window Treatments: Shades, Drapery, Curtains manufactured through our local seamstress contact

-Fabric Selections

-Contact and Coordination of Trend’s Recommended Sub-Contractors needed to complete the job (Painters, Tile Contractors, Electricians, Plumbers, Etc.)

-Staging of Interior Spaces for Realtors, Contractors, Homeowners

-Furniture, Lighting, Art, Accessories Planning and Placement 

*ALL Furniture, Lighting, Art, Accessories, Fabric purchased through our showroom are eligible for a 10% Discount when under Hourly Design Service Contract
